THE ONO NIHA
The boat is an Indonesian traditional wooden boat, originally built for traditional Indonesian fishing boats on the West coast of Sumatra – Sibolga area. We get her and rebuild as surf charter since 2015, and we named her ONO NIHA Surf Charter. Ono Niha meaning is The Original Nias peoples (The people Who’s born on the island of Nias)
She is powered by an RD8 Nissan engine giving her speeds up to 8 knots. She was Indonesianational Law. She has all the required safety equipment which includes: 25 persons life-raft, lifejackets, flares, fire fighting equipment, ICOM HF Radio,Depth Sounder, GPS, radar, and an extensive medical kit.
She has 5000 liters of diesel and 5000 liters of fresh water capacity, also two auxiliary generators, a 30KVA and a 30KVA, supplying 240v AC.

We have 220-240 volts AC plugs with Indo and Asian connections. And we recommend to bringing a smart travel adapter

Boat rules
- No food or drinks and alcohol is allowed in the cabin.
- No jumping drunk from the top deck or higher
- Don’t enter the Captain’s cabin. The captain said that the end was related to the safety and welfare of the ship, crew and passengers.
- Do not enter the salons or room with a soaking wet and saltwater.
- Taking care to use a lot of fresh water in the shower
